Lady Diana Crescent – Water and Sewer Replacement Project
Town of Massey Drive, NL
This project consisted of the installation of a water and sewer system on Lady Diana Crescent in the Town of Massey Drive, NL. The scope of the project included the installation of potable water and a sanitary sewer system of approximately 210m in length. The goal was to provide a working water and sewer system for 21 homes; ensuring proper storm water drainage to protect a newly constructed system and replacement of all road bedding, asphalt and curb as required. We worked with the Town and the contractor, “West Coast Excavating & Equipment Co Ltd.” for this project.
Bidgood’s Cove Tourist Information Centre
Town of Petty Harbour-Maddox Cove, NL
This project we were a part of in 2009–2010 for the Town of Petty-Harbour Maddox Cove. This was once the site of the fish plant established by Roger Bidgood in 1958. It’s now the home of the Bidgood’s Cove Tourist Information Centre after Roger and his family donated the land to the Town. We were honoured to have played a small part in the Town’s — and the Bidgood family’s — legacy.
Willowbanks Subdivision
Paraside, NL
This project was a residential subdivision project that we worked closely with the contractor DMP Contracting. This subdivision is next to Adams Pond in the Town of Paradise. We provided the civil engineering design work required for this subdivision and worked closely with the client, providing site inspection as well.
West Link Road – Waterline Replacment Project
Town of Rocky Harbour, NL
This project consisted of the installation of 1037m of PVC water main on West Link Road, including all associated fittings, valves, hydrants, and service laterals. This project replaced the existing waterline, enhancing the reliability of the Town’s potable water system. Asphalt patching and guide rail were installed temporarily in anticipation of the Department of Transportation and Works rebuilding the road structure. We worked closely with the contractor Bulldog Contracting Ltd. and the Town.

St. John’s, NL
This project was completed for our client Reardon Construction & Development Ltd. It consisted of site design including a new parking area, service connections and associated piping along with the installation of french drain behind a retaining wall along with new gate construction.
Garden Road – Water, Sewer and Storm Upgrades – Phase 1
Canal Road Water and Sewer Upgrades
Town of Deer Lake, NL
This project consisted of two projects completed at the same time for the Town of Deer Lake. This project consisted of the Garden Road and Canal Road water system, sewer systems and street upgrading and replacement. On Garden Road and Canal Road, work included the replacement of the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main and the street upgrading with new asphalt, curb and gutter and sidewalk. A portion of Main Dam Road was also similarly upgraded as well. This project has replaced the Towns existing infrastructure with reliable, up-to-date municipal services and road systems.
